Q: Can I still use screen protectors and camera lens protectors?
A: Yes, the Tough Case is compatible with most screen protectors and camera protectors as long as they don’t extend excessively beyond the device edges.

Q: Is the Tough Case MagSafe compatible?
A: It generally works with wireless charging, but it doesn’t have built-in MagSafe magnets. For magnetic accessories, choose the MagSafe Tough Case.

Q: Can I return the Tough Case if I ordered the wrong model?
A: We don’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong device selection. If your order arrives defective or incorrect, email us with photos within 14 days of delivery and we’ll assist.
