All Casenari products are made to order through our production and fulfilment partners. Because of this, minor variations in print placement, finish, or appearance may occur between product types.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Casenari reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.

An order is not confirmed until payment has been received and we have issued an order confirmation. Once an order is accepted, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

If an order is changed, delayed, or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Returns, replacements, and order issue resolutions are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Casenari is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Casenari is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Casenari.
