All Casenari products are made to order. This means your order requires production and processing time before it is shipped.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the product category, design, production partner, and current order volume.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
Casenari is based in Australia and works with trusted production and fulfilment partners to ship orders to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Europe, and many other international destinations where shipping is available at checkout.
Shipping availability, shipping methods, and delivery times may vary depending on your location, product type, and the carrier used.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Total estimated delivery time = production/processing time + shipping time.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, peak periods, or events outside our control.
If your order appears delayed or your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us at support@casenari.com with your order number and we will help review the shipment status.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Casenari is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@casenari.com. We can only update an address before the order has entered production or shipped.
