At Casenari, all products are made to order. This allows us to reduce waste, offer a wide range of matching designs, and create each item specifically for your order.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/model selection, compatibility issues, or general dissatisfaction.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product details, compatibility information, sizing, device model options, and product specifications before placing an order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@casenari.com

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an EU address, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Please note:

  • This does not apply to made-to-order or customised products where exemptions apply under EU consumer regulations.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned only after prior approval.

If a refund is approved due to a verified issue:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
