Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or model selection, compatibility issues, or general dissatisfaction.
We strongly recommend reviewing all product details, sizing information, device compatibility notes, and product options before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and clear photos showing the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are also non-returnable unless required by applicable consumer law.
Why We Don’t Offer Change-of-Mind Returns
Each Casenari product is created specifically for your order. Once produced, items cannot be restocked or resold. This made-to-order process helps us reduce unnecessary waste and offer coordinated designs across a wide range of products.
Refunds When Applicable
If a refund is approved due to a verified issue, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
