A: The artwork is printed using UV-protected inks to help keep colours bright and crisp. Normal use is absolutely fine, just avoid harsh chemicals and excessive scratching.

Q: Is the Snap Case bulky?
A: No – it’s designed to be slim and lightweight, ideal if you want protection without adding much extra thickness.

Q: Can I use screen protectors with this case?
A: Yes, the Snap Case works well with most standard screen protectors as it doesn’t interfere with the screen edges.

Q: Is the Snap Case compatible with MagSafe accessories?
A: The Snap Case generally supports wireless charging, but it doesn’t include built-in MagSafe magnets. For stronger MagSafe-style attachment, choose the MagSafe Tough Case.

Q: Can I return or exchange my Snap Case if I change my mind?
A: We don’t currently accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your case arrives damaged or defective, please email us with photos within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll help you out.
